Delivery

All items are shipped from Paris, France.

  • Complimentary shipping is offered on all orders delivered to France.
  • Complimentary shipping is offered above €250 for international shipping.
  • In-stock items will be shipped within 2–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order items will be shipped within 2 weeks. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. Every package is carefully prepared to ensure the safety and quality of your jewellery during transit.


Returns

You may return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and undamaged.
  • Items must include their original packaging and boxes.

How to Return

  1. Contact us to request a return authorisation. Include your order number in the email subject line.
  2. Pack your item securely in its original packaging.

Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Taxes or duties on international shipments are non-refundable.
  • A return label is not provided.

Important Notes

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings with stud components cannot be returned. Ear clips, however, are eligible for returns.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned.
  • Any item returned without prior notification or without its original packaging will not be accepted.
  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unaltered, undamaged, and complete with all original tags and/or packaging.

Refund Process

Once your returned parcel is received, the item will undergo a quality check. If approved, your refund will be processed promptly to the original payment method. Please note:

  • Items deemed unsuitable for return will be sent back to you.
  • Until your return is received at our workshop, the items are your responsibility. Ensure the package is securely insured to avoid damage during transit.
  • Retain your postage receipt as proof of shipment.
